Dr. Ronald E. Hoxworth, MD, FACS, MBA

Dr. Ronald Hoxworth serves as Professor and Chief of Plastic Surgery at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, where he also directs the Abdominal Wall Reconstruction Program. Boardcertified by both the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery, he is a respected leader in reconstructive and aesthetic surgery.

At UT Southwestern, Dr. Hoxworth sits on the Clinical Competency and Residency Review Committees and serves as Residency Site Director for the VA North Texas Health Care System. He is also a contributing editor for Selected Readings in Plastic Surgery, a reviewer for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and a member of the Plastic Surgery Foundation’s Clinical Trials Network Committee. Away from the operating room, Dr. Hoxworth and his wife, Heather—a former police officer—enjoy traveling the country with their two children and are dedicated to family safety and preparedness
Colonel Harry K. Stinger, MD, US Army (Ret.)

Dr. Harry K. Stinger is a decorated U.S. Army combat veteran and former commander of the 250th Forward Surgical Team—the first FST unit to deploy by parachute into a combat zone since World War II. As battalion physician for the elite 2nd Ranger Battalion, he led lifesaving surgical operations in the deserts of Northern Iraq, revolutionizing rapid battlefield medical response.

Following his distinguished military career, Colonel Stinger continued to serve as a trauma surgeon in a major metropolitan hospital and volunteered as a combat medic for a regional SWAT team. Today, he provides advanced wound care and tactical medical training for law enforcement agencies across the DFW area.
​
Outside of medicine, Dr. Stinger enjoys competitive shooting, touring the Southwest on his motorcycle, and spending time with his wife, Lindsey, and their four children.
